Aldrich leads PSGroup’s search, navigation, and discovery technology research practice and contributes to the group’s other technology research practices. In this arena, she also works with companies seeking to improve their internal search capabilities, or improve ecommerce results by optimizing site search and search marketing. She is also principal consultant in all of the firm’s customer experience engagements with companies in high technology, financial services, manufacturing and other sectors.
