Erik Arnold has more than 15 years of experience in the search industry. He is currently the director of Adhere Solutions, a consulting company that advises companies on how to improve their search systems inside and outside of the firewall. Arnold has experience
in both the enterprise and web search market. In the enterprise space, he worked at Vivisimo, performing account management and business development functions, and he served as the search subject matter expert for InfoZen, a consulting company where he
advised the House of Representatives and the General Services Administration. He started his career with commercial web search engines, first at Lycos, where he was a product marketing manager, before moving to the West Coast for NBCi and performing business development for its Snap.com.
