Jeffrey Flax is a senior litigation technology consultant for Catalyst Repository Systems. He is also the principal of Jeff Flax and Associates, LLC, a consultancy firm based in Colorado offering electronic discovery coordination and management services. Flax was formerly the National Litigation Support Administrator on behalf of the Office of Defender Services, Administrative Office of the United States Courts, Washington, D.C. In this position, he was responsible for litigation support nationally for the federal defender program and Criminal Justice Act panel attorneys. Flax graduated summa cum laude from Metropolitan State College with a B.A. in computer management science. He also received a B.S. in psychology from the University of Colorado.
