Sam Detweiler is the vice president of systems and applications for CA’s Technical Support organization. In this role, he is responsible for all of the applications CA’s support engineers and customers use when getting support for CA’s products. With CA’s
large inventory of more than 1,000 worldwide products, covering mainframes to PCs, the challenges of locating the right information are formidable. Detweiler has more than 30 years of experience with software development, customer solutions design and implementation, and end-user involvement in usability feedback. He is currently driving change through all of these components—from websites to issue ticket management tools and knowledge sources.
