Steve Bennett's practice at Jones Day focuses on domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration. Steve is chair of the Firm's e-Discovery Committee. He co-founded the Sedona Conference Working Group on International E-Discovery. He teaches a course on conflicts of law at Hofstra Law School and co-teaches a course on advanced civil procedure (e-discovery) at New York Law School. He has written more than 150 articles on a variety of topics. His book, A Privacy Primer for Corporate Counsel (Aspatore/West) was published in 2009. His column, "Computer Law," has appeared in the New York State Bar Association Journal since 2009. He blogs occasionally in the "Thinkernet" series at InternetEvolution.com and at NLJ.com.
