Vivian Bliss is a taxonomy and information architecture consultant with Earley & Associates. Bliss has been working in the information technology field holding positions in information architecture for the past 10 years for corporate intranet, corporate library
website and software help systems, including creating and managing taxonomies and metadata, tool development, search data analysis, and user research. She has broad expertise in a range of content technologies and processes including standardization of
metadata across a large organization.
She received her M.S. in library & information science from the University of Illinois— Urbana-Champaign and also holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.
