Martin designs and implements Knowledge Management and Content Management strategies and systems, and the business change associated with them. He has delivered solutions for clients over the last 15 years using all of the last 3 waves of KM/CM technology, including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and and Fast ESP, Oracle UCM and Interwoven.

Martin specialises in securing the confidence of business stakeholders, so that they really buy in to the systems he implements, ensuring delivery of the intended business benefit.

He is the author of PA's Knowledge Framework approach for designing Knowledge and Content Management solutions.

Martin has a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Lincoln College, Oxford University.
