Jim Cassella manages the Application Architecture and Strategy team for Colorcon, Inc., a global supplier of products and services for the pharmaceutical industry.  Jim has 17 years of experience at Colorcon designing, implementing, and integrating various ERP, collaboration, and productivity systems for a diverse global user community.  He is currently leading search initiatives in Application Search and Role-based Search to provide both consumer-level usability and enterprise-level security.
