As Head of Sales Engineering, Mark leads the technical team supporting Enterprise Search sales throughout North America.  Having been at Google for more than 6 years, Mark was the first Enterprise Sales Engineer and helped grow the customer base from 500 to over 30,000.  Prior to Google, Mark ran the New York sales office for Groove Networks, a company founded by Ray Ozzie.  Before that, he ran the Northeast Sales Engineering team at Vignette Corp.  Mark began his career as a Software Engineer at Interleaf.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
