Shelley Norton joined Children's Hospital Boston in 1989. For the past 15 years she has worked in Information Services initially as a technical writer/trainer. Since 1999, she has managed institutional knowledge authored and vetted by staff experts and provided best practice and knowledge architecture guidance for Children's collaboration community.
