Focusing on search strategies to improve web findability and business
results for content producers and content technology companies, Jean
specializes in digital product strategies, markets and online
distribution channels. She brings a background in search technologies
and managing database products, as well as IT management, to search
implementation. Jean speaks at conferences on search engine and e-book
strategies, technology trends and emerging markets, and is quoted in
leading business publications. Most recently she chaired "Solving the
Multiple Search Engine Problem" session at Enterprise Search West / KM
World, November 2007.She authored a report on Enterprise Search,
Deployment and Trends published spring 2007 by Information Today.

With more than fifteen years experience in the online information
industry, Jean spent eleven years at Dialog in product management and
publisher relations. Post Dialog, she established EContent Strategies,
and has been a contributing senior analyst at Shore Communications. She
combines an MBA and an MA in anthropology, with a BA in mathematics
bringing a hard science touch to information products.
