David Dondero is Director of Online Knowledge Management & Performance Support with Kaiser Permanente’s Health Plan Institute. Kaiser Permanente is the nation’s largest not-for-profit health care provider, serving over 8.5 million members in 10 states. David is responsible for the operation and strategic direction of the health plan’s national performance support intranet, a key enabler of learning and performance improvement for the marketing, sales and service community of Kaiser Permanente. David brings 27 years of experience in the learning, OD and KM fields and holds a MA in Applied Communication from the University of New Mexico.
