Discounted guest room rates at the Hilton New York have been arranged for attendees who book through MTC. 

These rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the Hilton New York directly.

Rates will remain in effect until April 18, 2008 and are subject to availability. Early booking is suggested to ensure you receive your preferred arrival/departure dates. Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.

If you are part of a group attending the show and require five (5) or more rooms, please download the accommodations form available on the reservation site and fax your request to 732-549-3987. You will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation either by email or fax.
