Meta is a senior consultant for Information Leadership - a successful and growing New Zealand information and knowledge management consultancy. Her earlier experiences and roles in a wide range of IT and IM environments give her cross over skills between IT and IM. These give her insights and allow her to come to solutions that are relevant and innovative for these web 2.0 times – where we need collaboration, social networking AND at the same time document and records management to safeguard and exploit our know-how. She regularly helps organizations develop requirements and select and implement content management solutions. This includes hands-on experience with designing taxonomies and negotiating information design choices for a wide range of systems and clients from sectors including science, health, education, local and central government, and private industry.
